location and overall cleanliness. rooms adequate and bright. Booked breakfast but was annoyed as coffee machine was being cleaned, at breakfast, come on! No kettle or hot water for tea/coffee. Was continental but not very good, lots of cafes nearby would have been a better choice. Yes we'd go back. Had paid parking, lots of shops, bars etc within easy walking and good local transport

No advance payment necessary. Payment with card on arrival. Hotel was easy to find. Very friendly and competent staff. Check-in was unproblematic and fast. Room on ground floor simple to access. Room small but comfortable. Bathroom spotless and modern, shower spacious and immaculate.

Very friendly and helpful hotel staff. Hotel parking has to be booked with the hotel in advance for 6 euros a night. Alternatively, there is also a parking garage close by for the same price.

Room would be quite small for two people with four pieces of luggage, but that was not the case, though it could have been. Good breakfast.

location is very close to the city center room was nice an quiet easy access to the hotel 24/7, including extremely easy check-in and literally no check-out

Was good closed all the city. Everything was good, but they don’t have any drinking water for the customers which is very bad

The room cleanliness was exceptional. Bed, shower, WIFI Access, Shower were all brilliant. The service at the counter was flawless and very friendly. Oh, we liked the breakfast service very well also. I am American, and everything was above my expectations. Way to go, keep up with the good job guys, and thanks a million.
